Description
This incredible Brut Rosé Champagne is a gentle pink gold with salmon notes and fine persistent bubbles. The nose offers ripe black cherry fruit, white peach, and apricot with lightly toasted notes. In the mouth, the flavors are full and well rounded, with aromas of red fruit. Stone fruit, toasted brioche, bay leaf and white cherries blossom on the palate. There are light, minty notes underlined by a touch of grilled almond that pop. The crisp finish is highlighted with subtle notes of citrus and minerals for a refreshing mouthfeel. Pairs perfectly with seafoods, cheeses, and desserts.
This brilliant and lively Champagne illuminates the King’s Path. Le Chemin du Roi Brut Rosé is made with grapes from only the finest vineyards in Champagne, France that have matured to peak ripeness. Specifically, it's made from hand-selected Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Noir (15%), and Pinot Meunier (45%), with 12 % of the Pinot made as red wine including 20 % of reserve wine. These varietals are grown in some of the finest microclimates throughout Champagne. Following harvest, grapes are pressed immediately in press houses in the vineyards. First press juice is only used, and blending is done after primary fermentation. The final cuvee completes secondary fermentation and then is aged for over 4 years in the bottle. The company takes great pride in delivering a flawless taste of victory with a Gold symbol of the King on every bottle. All hail the King.
