Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order? Online, by phone, e-mail, or in person. We are available in our local shop every Friday and Saturday from 5pm-11pm.  Otherwise, we can be reached at [email protected] or 682-990-9006. We are always happy to answer any question and can generally respond within 24 hours.

Where do I pick up my order? 109 E. Oak St, Denton. Pick up on non-shop days can be arranged with advance notification. Orders that are ready can always be picked up Friday or Saturday between 5p-11p.

How does delivery work? Delivery is $1 per mile (from shop address) up to 30 miles. Limitations apply for travel outside of 30 miles but can be considered on a case-by-case basis. Deliveries must be received upon arrival at arranged time or order is possibly canceled, and non-refunded.  Wine storage is the responsibility of the purchaser. We can help place wine in storage area upon delivery.

How much advance notice do I need? Notice will vary depending on wine selected. 72 hours is preferred. We carry many wines in our bottle shop cellar in Denton.  We also have a warehouse cellar in Dallas.  For Dallas collection, we need 48 hours lead time to arrange transport. For wines that need to be special ordered, 72 hours minimum is required. All order confirmations will include the estimated date of delivery to our bottle shop and also your pickup window.

Are glasses included? Glassware is not included. We can include glassware for $1.50/glass up to 200. A breakage fee of $5 will be applied per glass. Customer responsible for safe transport if delivery isn’t preferred.  Delivery is based on number of wine bottle/glasses needed and location zip code.

Can I cancel? Cancellation is not available for wines needing to be ordered unfortunately. We hold the wines for you in our inventory.  Once pulled they are your responsibility.  Payment must be received in advance of pulling wines and then are guaranteed.

How can I pay? We accept all major credit cards or cash. We also have Venmo for those wanting a direct bank account payment.

Do you offer servers? If so, how much? We can hire TABC servers for $100/hr/min 3 hours in most cases. Servers must be booked one week in advance.  Gratuity not included.

 

We do everything in our power to provide wines you order once you have received a quote for your special event.  In rare cases, we may need to offer substitutions that are equal in quality. If you choose to reject the substitutions, you will not be charged for them.
